Eye opener

I highly recommend the course run by Stephanie & Robert! It changes how you perceive the wine to the level where you can distinguish the taste factors and understand what you like and what you are looking for. The best is that you can take it from there - course gives you enough knowledge to explore wine world on your own; visits to the wine shop are like never before. So - spend few evenings on a course and get a lifetime passion!

A course for fun and knowledge

I always wanted to do a wine course but I was always a bit hesitant due to the snobbery surrounding the topic. This course is completely different. You try a broad variety of wines from all over the world and get theoretical background about regions, grapes and production methods. My classmates were also fun and we always found a topic to talk about in between the theory parts of the evening.

Best wine course in town

I took the full course plus a couple of workshops - a really great way to learn about the wonderful world of wine. Love the relaxed atmosphere and how friendly yet so knowledgeable both Rob and Stephanie are. I've since recommended Uncorked to my family and friends - everybody who joined have enjoyed it very much.

Beginning of new things

I took the beginners course a few years back. Without wanting to sound too corny, it really changed how I looked at wines. Whether sniffing out a great reasonably priced wine in a restaurant or just picking something to have with dinner at home. The kickstart for a fun journey.

Wine lesson in a cozy environment

I just loved the atmosphere and took a lot of great insights away - as well as some recommendations for tasty wines! I especially appreciated that Robert pushed us to give wines we thought we don't like a second chance or to simply change their origin. I changed from "Chardonnay only" into a "Sauvignon-Blanc-from-the-new-world" lover. Thank you!
